We're a small family roastery based out of Pocola, Oklahoma, on a mission to bring the rarest, most extraordinary coffees in the universe straight to your cup — roasted to order, every single time.
How We Started
Deep Space Coffee Roasters was born from a simple belief: that great coffee tells a story. Not just about flavor, but about the land it came from, the hands that grew it, and the communities that depend on it. We set out to find those stories — from cloud-kissed Peruvian highlands to remote Bolivian valleys — and share them with people who care as much as we do.
What started as a passion project quickly became something bigger. Today, we source directly from producers around the world, roast every bag fresh after you order it, and ship it straight to your door from our roastery in Pocola.

We're not a big corporation. Every decision we make, from which farms we partner with to how we package our beans, is made with care and intention. When you order from us, you're supporting a small family business that puts quality, ethics, and community at the center of everything we do.

- Pay above fair-trade prices to ensure farmers are compensated for their craft
- Prioritize farms that invest in their communities, their land, and sustainable practices
- Build long-term relationships — not one-off transactions
We visit our source partners when we can, and we stay in close contact with them year-round. These aren't just suppliers — they're collaborators in a shared mission.

We never pre-roast and stockpile. Every bag of Deep Space coffee is roasted fresh after you place your order and shipped within 48 hours. That means you receive coffee at peak freshness — not beans that have been sitting on a shelf for weeks.
It takes a little more effort on our end, but it's worth it. You'll taste the difference.

Our roastery is proudly based in Pocola, Oklahoma. We're a cottage food operation — which means we're not subject to state inspection, but we hold ourselves to a higher standard than any inspector would require. Quality and safety are non-negotiable for us.
