Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are roasted to order and require 2–4 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx at our discretion.

Delivery Estimates Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Deep Space Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.
